Work was good again today, I am learning so much! I'm getting the computer side of things down pretty well, but I'm nervous about having my first phone call to deal with, who knows what those srat and frat kids might ask. But I'll overcome that fear soon!
I don't know if it's because I've decided it's okay to be completely independent and do things by myself or what, but I've really enjoyed exploring alone. That's where the title of this post comes into play (Thanks Ginna), "One is NOT the Loneliest Number."
Last night I said it was not okay to eat dinner by yourself, yet tonight I did, and I LOVED IT! I ran again, and you will see some pictures below of the beautiful sunset I was able to witness. I ran around campus and along the Dike Trail.
I parked at the visitor's center today, which is near downtown, so at the end of my run, I decided I'd go back to my car and drive downtown to grab some grub for dinner. I then thought a beer would be refreshing after a good 3 mile run.
So, I ordered a beer I had never heard of while I was waiting on my food, we all know I love trying a new beer. Well guess what, I ended up sitting at the bar all by myself and eating dinner!! It was quite relaxing. I went to TD's which had a pretty neat little atmosphere.
So there you go, "One is NOT the Loneliest Number." Living in a new place where I don't know anybody is allowing me to gain this new sense of independence, and I LOVE IT!
Here are some pictures from my adventure today!
Tillman Hall.
Got to watch a little futbol, soccer, I love all the sporting events around campus.
Clemson was winning :) But they were tied on my way back :/
This right here is proof to me that GOD exist and HIS mercy is shinning down on me!
GOD is good.
No filter needed. Breathtaking.
Cotton ball cloud.
Grolsch beer from Holland. It was really good!
Hope y'all enjoyed day two! Now it's time to hit the hay!
Good night y'all!

Miranda

ReplyDeleteKeep writing!
ReplyDeleteLove your blog! I enjoy a good dinner by myself at the bar from time to time, especially if there's a band! Keep featuring the new beers you try, cause you know we aren't as adventurous with our beverages as you are! Sounds like the move has been a success so far :-)
